Sky tech support can only support pc's from windows 2000 up to vista.
Sky are also limited to their support on Apple Mac's as well.

I don't think there is a BB support section in India, but I am fairly sure that a lot of Asians work for Sky at their various centres. I have always got the Philippines when calling support, they are always polite and as helpful as they can be.

I am on sky broadband but when using internet explorer ,it states provided by freeserve.
Why is this can i configure it to be provided by Sky
