      Is this right ?

      Hi
guess I am just being a little paranoid, connected to SKY BB today on the max 16mb, now all speed tests indicating a dl of 6500kbps, I used to get 7500 with previous supplier, and an upload rate of a 650. Will the download rate improve over the 10 day stretch ?

      Thanks

      Re: Is this right ?

There's no 10 day "training" period with Sky Broadband Base, Mid or Max. Is the router syncing at a lower speed that the previous router? I ask because speed testers aren't a reliable way of measuring sync speed. There's so many things that can reduce the results - from how many people are using the speed tester, to how fast your wireless networking is running, if you're using wireless networking.
