    Email Problem

      Email Problem

      Greetings!

      I'd appreciate some help.......I have looked around and done a search but can't find any help. I wonder if someone can point me in the right direction?

      I have installed the router and it is working. I can sign onto my sky and can get onto the email & tools page but when I try to go onto the email page all I get is a sales page see below:

      I have tried to expalin this situation on the help line and they have promised to get someone to email me back a soloution (on my AOL email address) which is due to finish soon.

      You have been escalated to the email team via Eform, the response may take a few days. Have you cleared all temporary internet files and cookies in the browser? Any firewall software running on the PC?
      What happens if you got to Sky.com - Email & Tools>Not Logged in ?

      I did clear all of the temp internet files when I found that I couln't gain access, it made no difference. When I use the link you provided, I sign in and then when I clich the email icon I end up on the same sales page asking me if I want to sign up for broadband.

      I'm going around in circles mate. It is as if even though I am paying for the email service (10.00/month) it hasn't registered with sky.

      http://mail.google.com < sign up for a normal one in the meantime, having 1 email address is a false economy...

      Sorted!

      Thanks for your advice.......A techie from Sky had to reset my whole site.....he expalined that this is a common problem. All is well now!

      I just need to know how to set up more email address for my wife and kids.?????? I can't find any help on the site for this.

      go into mysky, click manage additional users, add he ones you want, voila!
