    On Max, sky say ADSL2+ not available?

      This can be either all the available ports are in use or the exchange has not been ADSL2+ enabled.
      So they don't know whether they have an exchange enabled or not and can't be bothered to find out. Something any man in the street can do!

      It would not surprise me if they don't realize you are already on Max, their incompetence is unbelievable at times
