      LLU to Sky Max?

Hey there, I'm new here HI ALL!!

Looking at migrating to Sky in the not too distant future.

Now, I'm currently on AOL. Without my knowledge or consent they have transferred me over to their LLU service.
This being the case, will I be able to migrate to Sky Max simply with a MAC code? Or will I need to cancel AOL completely, then sign up with Sky, hence suffering from quite a bit of downtime?

      Any help would be appreciated.

      Re: LLU to Sky Max?

Should be able to use a MAC as there is a dedicated MAC team.
      Switch to Sky Broadband

If you are a Sky TV customer and already have broadband from someone else, don’t worry – we'll help to make it quick and easy to switch to Sky, but bear in mind you must be an active Sky TV subscriber to benefit from our broadband service.

You’ll then need to get a MAC (Migration Authorisation Code) from your current broadband supplier as this allows you to switch providers seamlessly. If you don't have a MAC code you can place your order for Sky Broadband online and then ring Sky Customer Services with your MAC code when your current internet service provider issues it.

If you already have a MAC code you could be up and running with Sky Broadband in 15 days of providing us with your MAC codes, with minimal loss of broadband service. Using a MAC helps ensure a smooth transition and you should only be without internet access for a minimal period of time on the day of the switchover.

Your MAC will be 17 – 18 digits long and should look similar to one of these examples:

      BBIP12345678/9AB12
      BBDS12345678/9AB12
      TIP123456789/AB12C
      LXXX1234567/DC22J

If you have your MAC code, you can choose your Sky Broadband package here
