      Exclamation 0800 0510317 working today

Well 0800 0510317 is working again today. I selected options 1 broadband and 3 order enquiries, waited 15 mins and was answered..

The difference today was that after the second ring I got the standard hold music and messages refering me to their web site..

I'm still waiting to be connected, first promise 8th Sep, then 15th, still not connected. Today I'm promised that he will personally sort out the problems on Monday and I should be connected late Monday early Tuesday, I won't hold my breath too long but fingers crossed.

Maybe they were just overrun yesterday, I know Glenn was on the phone for an hour and 40 mins waiting for them to answer yesterday, and he wasn't angry - honest

I know he was keeping upto date on his lack of progress, he was more worried about the batteries ruining out before they answered.
