Well I had to reset the connection to get this webpage to load to post the stats again. It still seems to be having the same problem.

^^^ Your noise margin has gone up and your error rates and attenuation have both gone down. This is all good and points to something wrong with your internal wiring which is disconnected when the test socket is used. Are the extensions you talk about going to the bedrooms all filtered properly?

To get a true picture, you need to leave the router connected as it is now and reboot it, as these stats show it has been running for nearly 7 days. Then post the stats again.

The extensions seem to be going into the master socket but the plugs aren't actually visible. If that makes sense? If not I can take a photo of what is going on.

I will reboot the router and post stats again.

I have attached a photo of the master socket (find it at the bottom of this post), with a red line drawn over the extension lead that leads to two bedrooms.

The blue line is the sky box lead.

try it without the sky box plugged in (or plug the sky box adapter into the filter then filter into test socket )

As far as I can tell the sky box cannot be unplugged?

      Re: So, SO! FED UP!

not to be unplugged in the first year, but you are only going to do a test ! (should take no longer than a few mins)
also if you plugged the filter into the test socket then plugged the double adapter into the telephone side of the filter it would still be connected

(cannot do a test at home as my sky box lead does not work)

      Re: So, SO! FED UP!

Aye, unplug the skybox splitter from the socket, (thing with blue highlighted lead in your photo) if you want that plugged in then it needs to be plugged into a filter on the socket. You have the filter plugged into the skybox filter, try removing it completely and if things improve try it plugged back into the telephone side of the filter and then plug the telephone into the skybox splitter itself and see what changes.
