      going from connect to max, any problems?

      I rang up yesterday to change from connect to max (LLU service was full when i first ordered).

      They guy didnt seem to sure what he was doing but has apparently changed me over, is there likely to be any problems or is it quite straight forward for them??

      If my experience is anything to go by, you'll be on MAX fine within the 6-8 months.

      The problem was a lack of staff knowledge/training. We actually lost our broadband all together for around 1-1.5 months.

      This was around the early days of Sky Broadband, so i imagine all staff would now know how to properly move customers across.

      Provisions have said that there shouldnt be any problems and it being done on or around the 15th.
