      Migration question

Hi I tried searching about this but am still unsure of the current status. We're with LLU provider Be Broadband at the moment and want to move to Sky Broadband, and Sky line rental also (we already have Sky TV). Is the migration process straight forward using a MAC code, or does the Be service need to be fully cancelled first? Looking for a smooth transition with minimal downtime really.
