      Ok lets post in here where we have had GOOD customer service and bad from sky.

      Bad i had a level one call center agent SHOUT at me called julie,, I had someone in provisions cut me off!! i had Colin who is a Manager, refuse to look at my notes, talk over me be sarcastic and hang up TWICE,

      I received good customer service from level 1 agent Steve in dunfermeline (upto now, but he said he will call me at 11!!, Flexi shift leader Stuart who is a team leader and also Operations Manager Chris. Also James in tier 3 at least got bt to activate me.

      I have also had spells of 30 mins waiting on hold over 10 times and the usual 30-40 min queues just to be told im sorry but we can only put you in the queue for support that will be in 48 hours or "in due course!!"

      So if you think someone deserves a pat on the back or someone really got your goat, let us know and as sky read this it can only help the customer service in future.

      Personnally it is generally good etiquette around forums not to post agent names, as such i am going to remove the surnames
