      Can't check availablity for my telephone line?

      Been having a look at getting sky broadband for a little while now, but if I go to the customer upgrade part of sky's website it won't let me add broadband. If I attempt to, and let them check my telephone line, I get an error message saying:

      "We are unable to check product availability

      Unfortunately, we can't check availability for telephone number xxxxxxxxxxx so we are unable to provide you with Broadband

      Please select 'Retry' to try the same number again, 'Back' to try a different number or 'Continue' to proceed without completing the check, which means we will be unable to offer you any Sky Broadband or Sky Talk options."

      Retrying doesn't work, and I've been getting the same message all day now. Any ideas?

      Should have explained myself better. I know I can get sky LLU. The Sky checker has worked before for me. However, I'm on about when I attempt to order it. It asks to check availability, I enter my number, and the error I posted above comes up. So I can't progress with an order for the sky broadband.
