You seem to be a long way from the exchange with Line Attenuation 60.0 it maybe a good idea to call SkyBB and talk to TS and get them to cap you at a lower speed to stabilise the connection.

If you do a search of the site you will find a few other people in the same position as yourself.

I very much doubt it since that will have 0 affect on the line stats you could try it in the test socket behind the faceplate of the master socket and see if that improves it.

I can understand why you never had these problems with AOL as 1MB will work fine with an Attenuation 60.0 but you never have got a 2MB or 8MB with those stats on ISP Stream.

LLU is a totally different kettle of fish and if your connection is unstable at the currant speed its better to have it capped slightly lower to make it more stable.

Also does anyone else's router take around like a minute or two to actually be able to go on web pages after reboot?

Yeah, everyone should have this problem. Again its a LLU thing it tales longer to sync than IP Stream does.
