      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Registered on the day Skyy BB was announced, re-registered since and called and emailed Sky but still no BAND code.

      On the Bloomsbury, London exchange which is Easynet enabled.

      Still don't understand how Sky decides who will get the service nor the point of registering.

      Alanb, if they have sent you an email saying it is not available on the LLU connections for 12 months, the problem i can see, is that Sky are concentrating on the LLU connections first.

      I too am in the same boat, my exchange wont be enabled until December, I registered ages ago and even rang up about 2 weeks ago. I registered on the phone and was told i would get an email or telephone call within 2 days.

      Guess what, it never happened. I can only get the Connect package at the moment, it would just appear that they are not concentrating on that package as a priority.

      Good luck and I am sure they will get to us soon

      @contraste

      The whole point of there registration process to begin with was all to do with peoples interest in SkyBB, I did they same thing as did many others and I also re-registered I don't know how many times but the invite email did turn up in the end.

      So unless you call sales to find out whats happening you will just have to be patchant as it will come eventually.

      That does seem to be what is happening although I have seen people on various forums saying that have managed to get hooked up to the Connect package so they are adding people to it.

      Will let you know when that elusive e-mail finally arives...
