      Max Delay

Just called up Sky to get my Max Delay reduced to 8, absolutely torture. She basically refused to transfer me through to tier 3, and said Tier 3 would call me back in 72 hours. ****ing ridiculous, I told her that Sky have said anyone asking for their Max Delay to be reduced should be transferred straight through. I'll call up again and hope to get someone else ..

      Re: Max Delay

you dont get passed through at all - whoever told you that was wrong....

it should get picked up at some point and done but you have to wait as does everyone else...

EDIT: I see you mean Sky said it, its not like that - best way is to send an email in via the Kana form and if anything it'll get done tommorow - unless the auto-regrade gets you first. bare in mind you'll also get capped to keep connection stable
