      Open dns settings.

OK so I dont claim to understand all this, but I'm intrigued and have just viewed the change dns settings tutorial.

Does changing the DNS settings to the opendns ones really have any benefits around speed and latency?

      Re: Open dns settings.

It'll usually make web browsing more "snappy", because the OpenDNS DNS servers respond to DNS requests quite a bit faster than Sky's ones. But it doesn't actually increase download speeds, or thing like packet latency.
