^^^ If you have the old V1 (white) router you would need to post your detailed stats for a definitive answer to this.

Are you yoda from starwars ?

if you were getting dropouts and spoke to sky they will have capped you (which will give you a more stable line)
could you confirm where you have the router plugged in (if on an extenstion this could have been the problem)

      Re: Router has lost 5mb

let it run for a few hours and post some more detailed stats (if he could see errors whilst making the change, these may get worse during the day)

the outher think to do is to check out cabling and face plate forum for tip on how to improve your internal wiring

Still looks capped to me. With your very low attenuation, you should be getting the maximum 15323kbit/sec speed and getting it very comfortably. There is some source of interference on your phone line, and usually the problem lies in the end-user's own home - bad extension wiring, forgetting to put a microfilter on the Sky TV box's phone line, etc. Get that sorted out first and then get in touch with Sky, because there's really no need for you to be capped at all.

That is still capped. It would be interesting to see the noise margin between 9pm and 10pm tonight to confirm that you have some interference on the line.
