      choosing self installation

      hi,

Thsi will probably seem a dumb question, but I am trying to upgrade my sky tv package to include sky broadband, and can't see how to select self-install.

i get a screen like this

I assume 50 of the 80 is for the installtion (all it helpfully does not say this), but where do i deselect it? If i click checkout and then next, it just skips past the tab marked "installation" to the payment tab.

It looks like you are on the first stage of four (Building your combination), and I would have thought that when you get to "Installation" the option for self-install might be there.

      hi,

I am definitely in the existing customers site, it accepted my details and recognises both my phone number and existing tv package correctly.

If I was you I would do it by phone just for peace of mind. Have a look around and see if you can find a different number other than the 0870 one.
