      Angry Please Help

So I left BT 3 weeks ago to join sky BB because they offered me a good deal with Sky +, after receiving the router which is sagam and the letter for activation date which was the 5th, I got very happy with the prospect of desent BB. Anyhow to cut a long story short it does not work the yellow light does not come on, sky cannot help they blame BT, BT blame them, went back to sky, they then blamed BT Wholesale who I tried to speak to but they would not speak to me only Sky, my phones work at home so who knows where I go from here any input would be great????????

      Re: Please Help

Just to be clear about this, if you have Sky Broadband then BT will not communicate with you in any way concerning your broadband connection, so speaking to BT will achieve nothing.

You need to try again with Sky over this. If they say, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do - it's down to BT," then they aren't doing what they should be doing. If it's a BT problem, then Sky need to take it up with BT.

If you can't convince Sky Technical Support to do what's necessary to fix this, phone 020 7705 3000 and ask for Customer Relations.
