Delay Change led to getting capped?

I was reading around, and it seemed I could lower my ping. So I filled out the online form, got the automated, and then a human email reply. However, I noticed that my sync speeds are much lower than what they were (yesterday downsteam was synced at 7600kbit, and upload 756 for a long time). Now I see sync speed of down 6752, and upstream at 640. I wouldn't mind the downstream bit, but is the upstream capping really necessary, and have they even lowered the delays?

      Here are full router stats.

Re: Delay Change led to getting capped?

Looks like your request has prompted Sky's wonderful auto re-profiling - and no, your delays haven't been lowered.

Call Sky late at night (after 11:00) and go through the T1 troubleshooting for low speeds. Hopefully you'll then get put through to CST (was called T3) and they'll hopefully sort this out for you.
