Do you have two icons on the taskbar the windows one you know 2 little screens and the NetGear one ?

If so click on the window one and open it up and if its the big window click on the option go to advanced then click on the Wireless Networks Tab and take the tick out of Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings and I thing you will find it will now work.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

Yes I know a lot of people feel the same way.

What does my head in I haven't had a single problem with mine or with SkyBB its really strange.
