Order Failed 3 times Appartenyl due to red care

I have tried to order broadband from sky three times all have failed after three weeks I am now being told by sky that BT have told them that I have a red care tag on my line according to BT wholesale when I phone them this is not the case and I have been given a reference number by the echo ofcom tag line that proves my line is tag free.

How should I now proceeded in getting sky Bband?

Start a new order rather than proceed with the old one? Is this likely to work?

      Or go with another provider?

In case anyone is looking for useful numbers

      Ofcom 0207 981 3040
      BT whole sale 0800 169 0934

      Cheers

Re: Order Failed 3 times Appartenyl due to red care

It can't be one or the other - either an order is rejected (you'll need a new order going through) or delayed (you have to wait for the order management team or the tags team to resolve it). All I can suggest is going through the escalation procedure again and giving provisioning a call...

edit: when you put your phone number into this checker what does it say?
