      Can I demand LLU?

      Hey,

      My exchange went LLU at the start of November, however I'm still on Connect. Is there any chance I can ask to be moved over to Mid? Reason why is the BT's bras thing is frustrating me.

      Do you know if Sky has installed its' equipment at the exchange and if there is capacity on it? You can but call and try I suppose.

      My Exchange had finished Installing LLU last June and i was told, it takes a further 3 months to test it all out.I complained and instead of paying 17 for Connect, they charged me 5 per month same as `MID`. I was officially on `MID` in September and have a brilliant service-- have a regular fast--6.7 mbps -Speed

      If you were on Connect when the exchange was enabled (5.11.07) you will automatically be switched to LLU. This can take 4-6 weeks, but it would do no harm to send a request via Kana every few days, to emphasise your frustration.

      You left some questions re your wiring unanswered in your previous post. Have you now sorted it out?
