      Yes, that sync is as good as it gets for Connect.

      Yes, looking at your upstream sync, you are on Connect. As Richone54 pointed out a few posts back, on Mid it would be 416kbps.

      Thousands would benefit from having their wiring fixed, but never find their way to a forum like this to find out how. Your high SNR indicates that your line is performing very well and would accept a bit more speed.

      You will know when you have been changed over when your upload speed changes from 448 to 416(Mid) or 700+(Max)

      What a difference! Glad you got it sorted. Did the engineer have a laugh at the cabling if it was wired backwards as we thought?

      once again, internal wiring to blame.

      hope you can get put onto max soon, just watch out for them NOT connecting you to adsl2+, no reason why you cant see connection and download rates similar to mine and others who have good adsl2+ lines.
