      Direct Debit problem -do Sky disable BB?

      Hi,

      If a DD fails (moving bank problem) will Sky wait for the final details of the new bank (and their due money) or do they disable broadband?

      I wouldn't have thought they will cut you off for one missed payment, give them a phone and see if you can move your billing date or better still if you can get logged in you can move the billing date yourself on sky.com.

      AFAIK Sky will put all your subs on hiatus, including Broadband, if there is a money issue. They'll switch off your telly if you dont pay, so why not your broadband. but its a simple procedure to get it back on. Its not like they cancel your broadband for non-payment, it just gets marked as abuse

      Thanks everyone I didn't know the payment date could be moved for next month's. Sorted.
