yeah there's so many variables, people should stop believing there's a miracle cure, hence why tech support exists
Nobody has suggested that there are 'miracle cures', if there is one, it is probably removing the ring wire. I would also point out that the reason this forum is so popular and successful, is because at times, Sky tech support is just too *****y awful to describe. There are exceptions, who can think outside their crib sheet of pointless questions, but they are not in the majority. We all know that support in the lower stages must stick to a script, but that does not help someone who knows that their router is properly plugged in etc and just wants an intelligent suggestion.
