Ring Sky BB TS and tell them your line issues and ask that your issue be put through to CST for your profile to be adjusted.

Re: Can someone look at my stats and help please

It should be pointed out that whereas ADSL2+ (note the plus there) uses a wider range of frequencies, thereby potentially offering greater speed but also being suceptible to a wider range of interference, ADSL2 (note, no plus, like the OP reported) uses the same frequency range as G.DMT. I can't think of any obvious reason why this connection would be more stable on G.DMT than it would be on ADSL2 (note, no plus).

It might be an idea to use the Mognuts utility page to force the router onto G.DMT first, to try it out and see if it actually is more reliable, rather than contacting Sky and getting it changed permanently.

So does that mean that i'm not on ADSL2+ and that I dont need to worry about changing to G.DMT?

Have you used the Mognuts to do anything? If not try what James suggests and change the mode to G.DMT. It is about half way down the page, use the drop down box to select it, then press the Select button and accept. You can change back in the same way if it does no good. You can also set a higher SNR using the utility, but I think it is better if you just change one thing at a time.
