      it'll speed things up cause other than paying BT to rewire the house with an NTE5 he won't get it resolved...consistency is preferable to speed any day of the week (perfect world you'd have both)

      for the time being yeah - then once all sorted the cap can be lifted and hopefully realise a better speed...

      spent 60 mins with level 3 support and they have decided to send me another router to see if that will clear the problem

      they have rewired my connection in exchange and also sent me new sagem router
      let's see how it goes now
