Angry Thinking of Joining Sky Broadband But?

I have a question for those more experienced email users, does Sky restrict its return addresses on outgoing emails to those within sky, as I have several domains hosted elsewhere all of which have their own POP3 servers but I currently route through my ISP's server thats allows return addresses like me@mydomain.com if Sky blocks this it will mean additional expense as I would have to buy into an SMTP Service. So whats the story Guy & Gals, will it let me?

Sky used to allow it before the migration to Skooglemail but currently it has to be an @sky.com address as the sender address.
