      House Move question

Just moved in to my new house. Rang BT and got them to switch on the line under my name (no connection charge was made so the phone line hadn't been cut off) so I got a phone number etc from them. Rang Sky to reactivate my SKY BB and they say I have to wait 7 days from the day I called BT to register with them at my new address before I can have my SKY BB activated. Something about it can take a week for the line/number to become registered to my name at my new address.

Should I just call SKY BB now and arrange my reactivation? Or do a really have to wait 7 days before putting the request in??

      Thanks in advance

I think you have to wait 7 days for the systems to up to date.

Up to 5 working days. If you have internet access, keep checking on Sky Broadband to see if it says you can get Sky BB.

Did you have Sky BB cut off from your previous address? Have you got Sky TV fixed up at your new address? You will need this before they connect you to BB. I mention it as if you haven't, your BB could get caught up in a provide/cease/provide/cease loop, which can cause weeks of delay.
