      Getting Max Delay / FastPath Sorted...

      I've had some fun this weekend attempting to get Max Delay lowered or what ever it is that Sky offer instead of just enabling FastPath.

      I have rung Tier 1 a couple of times over the weekend and each time they had no clue what i was after and refused to put me through to tier 3 without there being a problem.

      Is there anywhere i can submit a support tick online to bypass these tier 1 support guys - i dont need to go though the usual Fonejacker support script...

      I contacted them using this form https://mysky.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/kana quoting the text used in this news item... Sky User - The unofficial support forum for everything Sky!

      By the time I got home from a days work, it was done. No hassle what so ever.

      yeh sending tech support email via the kana link is best way to get your max delay lowered, but u will not be able to move from interleaved to fastpath! well u shouldnt put it that way

      but email in and request for ur max delays to be set to what level you want, T3 will sort this and set to level u request maintaining a stable connection

      I emailed via the link too, tier 3 rang me about 5 days later and sorted it out while I was on the phone.
