Sorry to hear that Dave have you looked at the BT Checker to see what that has to say?

Please refrain for using any language that you think would cause the *** to appear thanks.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

Go here>>Order tracking<< if you are not registered then you will have to do that first.

It will tell you what orders are open on your account

Well one good bit of news for you but I guess the broadband news was a little disappointing.

Good luck when it does happen

OK, so I'm only a day late so not sure if I qualify to post here, (activation meant to be 14/09/06) but what was strange was that I lost connection to my previous ISP yesterday at about 10 am. I plugged in my Sky router and it connected, but received a 'chap authentication' error. Waited 'til about 6pm, then called Sky. Got some numpty on the phone who told me to try the sky test button from the router, which by the way was successful, but I still received the error. Noticed that my line connection speed was only at 2 meg. He said that it could take up until midnight for the switch to complete. Tried this morning & still nothing.
Called Sky this evening & was told told that BT was running behind, and was told to wait until midnight tonight.
Asked what was the max time that someone has waited to be switched and was told 24 hours. Considering that I was already waiting 30 hours, I thought 'whatever!'.
Still waiting for to be connected to SKy BB.
How am I posting this?....courtesy of one of my neighbours unsecured wireless connection.
