Thumbs up Most impressed

Must say that my migration from Pipex to Sky has been fantastic.

Mac code given to Sky on 1/9/06, given an activation date of 12/9.

Phone call from Sky on 8/9 regarding non-delivery of router (one of the 4000!), account would be credited with £10 and router would arrive next day (a Saturday!!).

Router arrived as promised, activated as promised and now flying, synching at around 6M (I am quite a way from the exchange).

Hope everything continues in this manner.

Now that does seem impressive. Shape of things to come...or not. Time will tell.

Have to add my migration from Eclipse was nailed on - once I had extracted the mac code from them it took about a fortnight, service ceased on weds morning, and was up on a LLU service within an hour. Stuff arrived ( the first time ... I'm sure the courier waits round the corner for me to go out ) when it was supposed to and 5 working days before the changeover.

Had cause to speak to the call center over a config query and the fella in scotchland(tm) was helpful and we got past the scripted bit with the minimum of fuss

have a current issue with the router but after the horrors of evolutiondsl (previous to eclipse) I'm sure it will be worked out in time...

Rgds
Steve
