PLease help me Sky support will not!!!!!!! :(

OK, I have a router connecting at 2.4mb downstream 448 upstream since about 5 days ago i am suddenly only able to download at an average of 41k as apposed to the 220 i would expect and used to get without problems. I have tried phoning Sky broadband support 4 times average of a about 45 minutes each time. But i can not get past 1st line support they refuse to raise a ticket and keep telling me it is my computer not them. Obviously i have tried changing the microfilter pluging into test socket etc. I have tried linux xp and vista all the same d/l speeds . anyone got any suggestions? Does anyone have the numbe for sky second line suport as that would be usful?

could you post your full stats first, there are a number of reasons for your spedd issues (one may be the connect package)

also are you wired or wireless ?

if this is the frst few days of your connect package, i would suggest you plug your router into the test socket (behind faceplate of master socket), to get the best profile you can
