      Lower than expected sync

      Hi folks,

From my stats below, my limited understading of things says that my attenuation and SNR levels are good enough to support a higher sync rate than I'm seeing?

It doesn't improve much even through the master socket.

Any thoughts welcome, even if its just to confirm I'm an idiot!

      Re: Lower than expected sync

Have a look >HERE< you need to try your master socket (it looks like errors on your line are giving you a lower sync than may be possible)

once you have had a look, do a comparison from your test socket and post back your stats

      Re: Lower than expected sync

Thanks for the reply - hypothetically, assuming the errors were taken out of the equatiom, what sort of sync could I be expecting from those attenutation and snr values?

      Re: Lower than expected sync

Your SNR is low, if you plug in to the TEST socket and eliminate wiring problems, this may allow you to sync higher. With your attenuation you should expect about 8 or 9 Mb.
