      router returns

I now have 2 sky routers both of which are ok as the fault lay elsewhere, has anyone been asked to return one of them. I did see a returns slip in the box but seem to have mislaid it. A spare router might be handy.

      Re: router returns

has anyone been asked to return one of them
Some people (I think from SkyUser) reported that they were asked to send their Sky Routers back, But if I remember correctly, They were only because they cancelled.

As for replacements, I dont see any reason why Sky would ask for them back, Unless they want to replace them and then send them on as Refurbs for other repairs ect ect.

I guess if Sky do ask for the router back, Then you can ask them to send another returns slip.

      Re: router returns

      ^ exactly that

there should be a returns label in the box sent to you to return the faulty router to Sky - it's then repaired and sent back out as a refurb
