      Hi IamNotTheEnemy,
      I wasn't trying to critise I was just trying to make the OP understand the differences.
      He does state in his original post that he used to get around 8-10Mg and now only get 1-2? Is that Mbps or MBps?
      Again don't take this as a criticism please. Its not trying to be.

      Finally got a response from Tier 3 they have removed the cap on my line and have reduced my max delays to 8/8. Have run another speed test and all appears to be fne (see below)
