I've been on Sky Broadband for almost two months now and I still can't use Sky email on Outlook or make any changes or add new addresses.
Sure enough I can log into webmail (via tools) and send or read emails from the 'master' account (me!) but if I click on 'mail settings' once the sreen displays with all the option tabs (pop, forwarding etc) if I click on any of these tabs (to create a new address for instance) or try to make any changes (like language, vacation reply etc) NOTHING HAPPENS! The screen stays the same just as if I have not clicked on any of the tabs or the 'make changes' button.
I have enabled both cookies and pop ups for both Sky and Google (who operate Sky email but it makes no difference.
Obviously I have being toing and froing with Sky Broadband Help Team but without success who seem to have conceeded defeat.
