Question Re: Moved Home no mid package

Friends been onto Sky yet again. It appears the line is has been "tagged". They said it will be sorted out and a letter will be sent when active. Sky did not know why they were told that they could only have connect previously and will be on the mid package. COULD THIS BE A RESULT let you know when they are active on sky bb What does tagged mean anybody know?

Re: Moved Home no mid package

It basically means that the line has been claimed by an ISP and nobody can use it except them. It is possible that the previous owner of the line has had broadband and the tag from their supplier has not been removed. If other packages are available they should claim one as soon as possible, as more will not become available until someone leaves Sky. They should make absolutely sure that the are signing for a Mid/Max package before they confirm.
