      Tearing My Hair Out

      Got our Sky BB activated on Monday...bbbuuuutttttt cannot access the internet at all...called the tech team three times grrrrrr and all we got was they think there is a problem with the ethernet connection....anyone help cos i'm sooooo confused!!!!!

      They are all on and Sky say there is not a problem at their end....Don't know what's the next step to take??

      if connection between router and Sky is active then tbh it prob is an issue at ur end...is the ethernet card saying you're connected to the router? do you have a proxy server setup? can you ping and web sites? does the router have an IP address beginning 90.x.x.x?
