      Sky Tools E-mail changeover problems

Sky has caused me problems with their changeover to their new Sky EMail service.

The trouble is with my Outlook Express (v 6.0) settings for my non-Sky ISPs - all Freeola ones.

I have no idea which settings to use now for these accounts.

      Can anyone help please?

      WTIA

Re: Sky Tools E-mail changeover problems

the settings for your other free email services won't have changed. Unless you were using the Sky SMTP server to send. If you were using smtp.sky.com for all your outgoing mail then it should now be smtp.tools.sky.com, plus you need to enable pop access in the tools menu of mysky at Sky.com - Home
