      Blimey, I'm worried I may have made the jump from Pipex too soon! Just spoke to Sky regarding the hardware and activation dates to be told, "we really dont know when you will activated or when the router will be sent".

      I accepted this as I was losing the will to live but when I said I would ring back just before my Pipex line was terminating she kindly responded with "I wouldnt bother as you may be waiting for 30 minutes in a queue, we will ring you".

      I then tell her my BT landline tracker had Wednesday for activation, but again was told "that wont happen, we are really busy and too many people are registering, sorry".

      Hmmm, wheres my Kalms!
