this is what we at home suffer from.
At least once a day we loose internet connection, web browsing stops. But router says still connected signal seems to get to router but then dose not want to come out to pcs on lan network)
in alot of these cases the router also becomes unavailable, as in you cant get to it from any pc on the network, all pcs loose conection, dispite all pcs thinkig they are still connected (time still runing and showing as conected in status network conections)
the only fix for this is to switch off router and restart.
id still recomend sky broadband though

Happens to many of us I'm afriad, plenty of bugs in the Sky Router firmware. It's rumoured a new version is on the way.
The only real fix is to reboot your router, however a very clever member mosseywell has writen a little application that will monitor for this and do it for you. See here for details.
