Looking at what you have posted you seem to have issues with your internal wiring. The fact that your SNR has gone up, your Attenuation has gone down and your sync speed has gone up, suggests that your extensions are degrading your connection. Not by much, but maybe enough to cause the problems you are experiencing.

So if it is an internal wiring issue, how would I get this fixed.

Is it just a case of constantly using the test socket?

No, you can fit an ADSL faceplate which solves internal wiring errors. See this section for more details Cabling and faceplate help - Sky User - The unofficial support forum for everything Sky!

Can also check that only 2 wires are connected from extensions to master, pins 2 and 5 if any others are connected disconnect them as they can cause problems.

Re: Please, Please Help. Constant Disconnections

You can take off the orange wire, that is the ring wire and is not really required. What you really need to do is to get an ADSL Nation faceplate, which replaces the bit you have in your hand. All it requires is the two blue wires to be swapped to the new plate and screwed back on. Your problems should then be over.

You will probably find that just removing that orange wire will do the trick. Did it for me and I was having exactly the same problems.
