How can I find out if Sky BB is out in my area? I'm having connection problems!

Starting to have issues with my connection... again. I dont know if my connection is down or my box (2nd) has lost the will... Could it even be something else?? I've had this problem for about 3 months - since I had it put in. Anyone got any clues as to what to do, I've spent more time on the phone to technical help than my other half!! I've phoned some "special" number & they sent me a new netgear router in a day or so (good going!). 6 weeks later i'm experiencing the same problems again.

The only way you can check is through the Easynet Portal and I am not 100% sure that this will include all Sky connections.

Have you run the Sky Test on your Router, if so, what was the error number?
