      Question

I've had SkyBB for exactly a week and it has been very good (I can now download much faster than before ) but there's a constant problem, sometimes when I'm using the internet it suddently stops or the speeds decrease to the point where it seems that I'm dial-up. What I've been doing with the advice from one of the assistants at Sky is to unplug the telephone cable from the router and from the filter and wait for a while until it reconnects. What I'm asking is there a way to find a solution to the sudden disconnection or drop of speed apart from the described above?

      Cheers!

I'm afraid not - your router needs ro reboot to lower the sync speed

i did - and i'm being sent a new router as the solution. also constant disconnects may have nothing to do with your line as in my case
