      If that is the case, it is a bit of a waste of time trying to sort things out. Mognuts is a last resort, it should not really be used until everything else has been tried. He should reset the router and allow it to sync normally.

      Andy,

      the firmware is fine, could you do a full reboot on you router (Pen in the back hole for 10 sec's)
      then post your full router stats again,

      You are on ADSL2+, you might do a bit better on G.DMT but not a lot. Try using Mognuts to change your mode to G.DMT, not ADSL2, see what you can sync at. Even if it does not improve your speed it should make your line more stable.

      The Firmware version I asked for was the router ver., usually shown right at the top, just under Account name. It does not matter, as it is not now relevant.
