      Nope. Its just the broadband contract you can end early

      Hopefully I aint late, I know that some times they put a limit on when you can cancel.

      Gonna email them (yeah I know), does anyone know what email address I should use?

      We are on the MAX package but if we downgraded 40GB bandwidth wouldn't be enough as I run a few popular websites and constantly watch videos on youtube and download bits.

      I know Sky email people aint quick but I have now got an "Unidetified" order on my list, with no dates or order codes yet.

      Just got an email from Sky saying they are going to give me a mac, I simply emailed them again asking for a full cancellation.

      Least I should be out

      I hope you have more luck with your next broadband provider than you've had with the last two.

      Have you got any idea about who to try out next? I seem to remember people saying that Zen Internet had a good reputation when it came to customers with "difficult" lines, but that was some years ago - I don't know if they're still as good now.

      Let us no how you get on with your new provider, it will be interesting to see how another ISP will cope with your line attenuation.
