if its just over the last few days it could be down to works at the exchange, they are doing ork to quite a few

Same here - been happening for three days. They (Easynet) seem to be doing some major works. My IP address just moved from Mansfield to Basingstoke - then back again 10 minutes later. I think they call it network rebalancing!

I am just appalled that Sky's operators know nothing about it when you ring to report the problem and just tell you that T3 will ring you back within 4 or 5 days! Doesn't inspire confidence, especially on days when you are depending on their service!
