Download limit? FUP?

Is there a download limit on the Max package? Its been a big day, new version of Mandriva Linux out (4GB file) and had to download it twice as I got the wrong file first ... now 8GB added to my monthly total, which is likely high already.

Anybody been contacted about limits?

Re: Download limit? FUP?

Simplerules,

There have been NO reported contact by Sky on download/upload usage.

As SkinsLover sys, there have been rumours of limits, but I know I've gone over 150gb in a month, tbh I think I got up to 200gb - but it was a busy month!!

So I wouldn't worry about downloading 8gb in a day.

Oh, I recall that some people have stated that to enforce a limit Sky would need to provide a way of checing how much you had used during the month - not sure if this is enforcable, but hey..

Re: Download limit? FUP?

To be fiar last month i hit around 250 gig , and the month before around 140gig.

I never download around 6pm-midnight as isp claim this is there busy time.

From everywhere i here it's 250gig a month. Though i know people that go over that easily on a month to month basies and nothing has been said to them so far.
