      Customer service agents with telekinetic powers? Customers with ultrasonic hearing? Maybe if I put my hand on my router and concentrate really hard, maybe it'll be able to keep a stable connection for more than 12 hours…

      Well after 30mins of being connected to the net after Tier 3 supposedly fixed the internet connection, the internet light went off again!! It hasn't come back on since then. So I am now back to square one!!

      I called Sky after work. A helpful person put me straight through to Tier 3. Even though they are sure that there is a fault with the line, their protocol requires them to send me a new router to elimante the possibility that my router is broken..........

      I will let you know what happens. Anyone had any similar experiences?

      I've had similar problems with Sky, see my thread here.

      To cap it all off, my connection has died for a week since then, and is currently down due to a fault at my exchange.

      In the month and a half or so since my activation date it has been down for about 3 weeks in total, it is very very very annoying
